  • Leads the planning, implementation and development efforts of projects; develops full scope project plans; provides direction and support to various internal department and within Nintendo Company Limited (NCL)
  • Works closely with documentation from NCL and NCL contacts, understanding input, marketing focus, and results from Japanese and European markets
  • Prepares and maintains weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports for management groups 
  • Responsible for knowing game features, issues and concerns for the projects in which directly involved
  • Assists management in formulating product demonstration flow, and recommending game play areas and features that highlight established key messages and strategy
  • Demonstrates products to internal teams, external partners, media and consumers, including on-stage and in-booth demonstration at trade shows
  • Train Nintendo demonstration staff and external agency demonstration staff on how to properly demonstrate individual products based on predetermined product demonstration flow
  • Evaluates games in various stages of development to assess and report product quality, product potential, and appropriateness to North and South American markets
  • Formulates and contributes to written game information and analysis in presenting to sales and marketing groups
  • Proofs marketing materials for accuracy to game content and consistency with established key messaging and strategy
  • Supports video and commercial production as product expert
  • May compose marketing and advertising copy under the direction in support of advertising and marketing teams
  • Maintains higher understanding of the marketplace and target users to serve as basis for evaluating product potential
  • Coordinates and tracks projects
  • Drives Continuous Process Improvements activities, to optimize systems and processes and to increase productivity
  • Bilingual: Translates and interprets written and verbal communications between English and Japanese for supervisors
  • Communicate directly with counterparts in Japan
  • Up to 30% travel, including international travel
