Unit Description

Sodexo is seeking a Multi eXpress manager 2_ for Greater Baltimore Medical Center (GBMC), a 350-bed acute care hospital located in Greater Baltimore area. This job is also known as a Patient Transport Manager/ Dispatcher_ which acts as 'the face' of the facility. Has direct contact with Client, all customers entering the facility, and all staff. This account has multiple services, including a Service Response Center. Responsible for staffing and maintaining front desks, growing activity to support facility physicians, staff, and guests. This role will be typically a mid_ shift_ position hours are 9am - 7pm. This is an odd shift that may be flexible depending on volumes. This job will be the on-site oversight for Valet service. This position is directly reporting the General Manager and site management as needed. The ideal candidate will lead, train and develop a team of approximately 25 employees. This role will have ongoing direct client interaction. Leadership and relationship building is essential for the success of this role.

Position Summary

Provides oversight and management for two or more of the following services: Transport, Concierge and/or Service Response Center (SRC). Ensures systems and standards equity for all automated systems. Assumes Operations Manager/ General Manager's responsibility and authority in his/her absence. Hires and trains unit personnel.



Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree  

Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in functional areas such as call center technology, computer applications, process improvement, or related areas
