The successful candidate will demonstrate effective customer service and communication skills.      Primary Responsibilities:   Responsible for check in, scheduling appointments, answering billing question and managing patient medical records for a clinic Assist patients via phone by determining needs, scheduling, rescheduling or canceling of appointments Verify and input patient demographic and insurance information Assist with managing daily reports Demonstrates team qualities including time management, verbal communication, written communication, listening skills, problem solving, decision-making, and priority setting Part-Time: Monday / Tuesday / Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm


Requirements

Required Qualifications:

High school graduate or GED
6+ months of experience in appointment scheduling, patient registration in an office or related medical field
Preferred Qualifications:

Proficient in Practice Management
Bilingual Spanish
Basic Microsoft Office; Word / Outlook
