Sodexo's Aviation Group has an exciting opening for an Executive Chef. This Chef will be responsible for the culinary food production for the American Airlines lounges at Chicago's O'Hare International Airport. We offer high-end meal service daily to our exclusive club guests.
Our offering include a state of the art complementary hot/cold buffet, as well as upscale salads, salads and other plates in the Admirals Club. As the Executive Chef, you will assist with menu planning, kitchen management, ordering, inventory, staff scheduling, recipe compliance, training, food safety & sanitation practices and will provide the highest quality food. This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on, well- rounded chef that works well with others, has a passion for service, and the presence and patience to interact well with staff, clients and guests.

Provides culinary leadership within a small sized unit including menu planning, program execution and staff management & training. Works directly with internal and external clients managing the catering process from beginning through execution
