Stanislaus Food Products is a nationally recognized, family-owned company known for crafting the finest Italian-style tomatoes and sauces for top-quality Italian restaurants and pizzerias. We currently have an opening in our Customer Service Department.

Customer Service Representative will be calling our restaurateur customers to ensure they are completely satisfied with our products. They will provide knowledgeable answers to customer’s questions, as well as build strong lasting relationships.
In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following qualifications:
- Must connect with the customer and have a positive attitude and compassion to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Identify, prioritize and resolve customer issues.
- Ability to follow process/instructions, balanced speed/accuracy in completing tasks.
- Must be able to write detailed call logs for each call.
If you also have the following attributes, you will be a stronger candidate:
- Must have a passion for eating great tasting food.
- Writing competence, legible writing, and good grammar.
- Bilingual (Spanish and or French)
- Cooking Experience.
