Our Member Representatives’ Benefits Package includes:
? $13.00/hour starting rate (eligible for annual increases based on performance) + uncapped incentives (**minimum monthly incentive is $556.00 if hitting minimum production standards)

This position requires a commitment to enhancing our Member Value by providing exceptional service and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume call center with an organization that supports and rewards excellence.
Our Member to Member call center professionals are dedicated representatives who:
Serve as a trusted advisor and provide consultative selling to include new member sales, associate add-on memberships, AAA MasterCard, membership upgrades, automatic renewals and transfers, and fulfilling promotional information.
Respond to inbound membership calls to assist members with information including but not limited to: member information, directions, and attractions, weather conditions, road closures, show your card and save program, may assist with TripTik requests/auto vacation planning.
Handle, resolve and process all membership inquiries through first call resolution.
Consistently demonstrate a positive service attitude to fellow members by accurately and courteously explaining policies and procedures.
? MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
? Previous experience in call center environment
? Bi-lingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply
