Excellent career and advancement potential, yet we offer flexible schedules and do not sacrifice quality of life for career growth as evidenced by a staff turnover rate that is a fraction of industry norms. Continued growth has created opportunities in our Tax Department at all levels, from Associate to Senior Manager. We are looking for individuals with the following attributes:

Skills:                    Depending on experience level, the following skills will be important:

  • Communicate well with management and tax staff and be the main client contact

  • Ability to review complex tax returns, including multi-state tax returns, as the final quality control check prior to issuance

  • Ability to identify and research both risks and planning opportunities, develop client-specific and firm-wide solutions, and direct implementation

  • Maintain specific industry expertise and ability to lead the firm’s applicable industry team

  • Responsibility for maintenance and improvement of firm procedures in specific industries

  • Experience with estate, trusts and gift planning and compliance desired
