Sodexo Aviation Services has an exciting opening for a Club/Lounge General Manager at a small private airline lounge at O'Hare Airport.
The ideal candidate will have excellent front of house guest services skills and prior culinary experience. As the Club General Manager, you will have responsibility for daily lounge operations and managing five employees for this private club in the international terminal. This is a hands-on manager role that will also be required to cook and plate meals on several days. Primary food and beverage offering is complementary self-service buffet and full bar with plated meal options for 1st-class customers. This manager works closely with partner lounge at JFK to create menus and specials.
The ideal candidate will have:
Food & bar service knowledge
- Culinary background
Knowledge of food quality & presentation
Strong financial acumen,
An eye for detail and overall excellent service standards
Most importantly be a true team leader
