We are looking for a Recruiting Lead/HR Facilitator for our Robbinsville, NJ warehouse. The Recruiting Lead/HR Facilitator will:

Maintain a pool of available candidates for warehouse positions by posting positions using social media, attending job fairs and finding other creative ways to get the S&S Activewear name out in the community.

Create and continuously foster lines of open communication with Warehouse Associates.

Complete all onboarding paperwork with New Hires and maintain organized files of all onboarding and general HR paperwork for warehouse employees.

Nurture relationships with all warehouse employees30% of the day should be spent walking the warehouse and engaging in genuine conversation with warehouse associates.

Our warehouse has employees that start as early as 4 AM and employees that leave as late as 11 PM and needs a coordinator that can be somewhat flexible with their schedule. Warehousing also changes all the time, some days are longer and some are shorter.
