**1st and 3rd Shift needed**

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION
This position is responsible for various aspects of the distribution center processing, receiving, fulfillment, shipping and inventory control. This position requires an individual that has the ability to handle multiple tasks and possesses practical and technical skills as well as the ability to communicate effectively while adhering to all company policies. Associates will ensure an efficient and cohesive distribution environment while achieving effective business decisions that meet all corporate initiatives and objectives.

Essential Functions (Fundamental duties necessary to achieve the objective of the position)
Comprehensive knowledge of all functional areas in the distribution facility
Performs various functions including but not limited to shipping, picking, packing and receiving
Ensures a clean/neat work environment is maintained throughout the facility
Compliance with all company safety policies
Operates forklift equipment
Operates box truck
Use of RF scanners and printers
Assists with other projects as needed


Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Experience, education, certifications, general knowledge, skills and abilities.)
Education: High school graduate
Years of Related Experience:
3+ Manufacturing/Distribution experience in a distribution center
Microsoft Excel proficient

Specific Requirements of the Position (Knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the functions)
Personal qualities of integrity, credibility and commitment
Strong oral and written communication skills
Working knowledge of distribution center operations
Must have sound judgment, reasonability, and maintain high attention to detail
Willing to work flexible hours when necessary to support the business requirements
Must possess outstanding organizational skills and demonstrate extreme safety practices
Experience knowledge of WMS, TMS and operational IT technology and infrastructure

Physical/Working Requirements
Works in distribution environment, exposure to noise and dust
Must be able to lift 50 regularly
While performing duties on the job, the associate is regularly required to stand, walk and use of hands, uncontrolled climate changes hot in the summer and cold in the winter.
