National Industrial Service Company seeking motivated people, willing to travel and work at various job sites throughout the U.S. Company training, advancement opportunities.

Typical Responsibilities of Laborers:

Responsible for cleaning and preparing construction sites for the erection of structures and buildings. Unloads and loads materials, reads plans and specifications, tends machines, mixes concrete, pours concrete, and assists carpenters, operating engineers, and other construction site workers.

Typical Responsibilities of Supervisors:

Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; developing personal growth opportunities.

Accomplishes staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; conducting training; implementing enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.

Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards; adhering to legal regulations.

Completes operations by developing schedules; assigning and monitoring work; gathering resources; implementing productivity standards; resolving operations problems; maintaining reference manuals; implementing new procedures.

Controls expenses by gathering and submitting budget information; scheduling expenditures; monitoring variances; implementing corrective actions.

Provides quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards.

Typical Duties of CDL A Drivers:

Perform pre & post-trip inspections thoroughly

Maintain cleanliness and integrity of vehicle and equipment

Immediately report any necessary repairs and/or maintenance needed

Actively ensure compliance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and DOT guidelines, including

HOS and Log Book requirements

Ensure the vehicle is consistently supplied with all proper paperwork

Responsible for proper cargo securement prior to transit
