GIVF is recruiting for an immediate opening of a qualified clinical Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to join our team.

The PCC is an integral part of our clinical practice and is essential to maintaining the highest level of both patient care and overall patient experience.
Candidate should possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal), be highly motivated and organized.
Candidate should also be a self-starter with the ability and confidence to work well both independently and collaboratively.
The ability to function in a fast-paced environment is essential and adaptability is a must.
We have an immediate opening for a qualified Patient Care Coordinator to fill a full time position at our headquarters in the DC metro area.
Limited holiday and weekend responsibility is required.
Relocation assistance will be provided if necessary.
Position Responsibilities include (but are not limited) to the following: Establish positive rapport with patients based on trust and mutual respect Proven fluency in written and spoken Mandarin and English Provide compassionate patient care and timely patient communication Manage large portfolio of new, returning and existing patients Coordinate care for patients undergoing all types of fertility treatment Perform direct patient care duties as needed Provide patient education for patients undergoing treatment and surgical procedures Assess and manage pre- and post-op care for patients as needed Perform routine phlebotomy Administer medications as instructed (RN only) Willingness to learn and perform intrauterine insemination techniques (RN only) Willingness to perform administrative tasks including appointment scheduling, medication ordering, facilitating informed consent process and inventory reconciliation Document information in electronic medical record system Proficiency with electronic medical records systems Possess general comfort with technology (Microsoft Office, patient portals and general tasking/care coordination software) Position Requirements: Nurse (RN/LPN): Degree from an accredited nursing school Active clinical license in state of Virginia Minimum 1 year clinical PACU or similar experience preferred Minimum 1 year in womens health preferred (infertility experience a plus) Proven Bilingual fluency in Mandar in and English Current BLS required Kindly send your cover letter and resume to (please use the apply button below) and please note Mandarin in the subject line.
