Description

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys multi-tasking, looking after small details, coordinating multiple projects, being part of a diverse team, and has an eye for creative work.

Supporting the efforts of CD Baby International, this position will work closely with the VP of International Development, regional representatives, local agencies, artists and internal staff to achieve the global expansion goals of the company.

This position will facilitate the continuity of all development projects by providing liaison between the international department, the marketing team, artist relations, outside vendors and company clients.

Duties:

Coordinate and provide information to regional reps regarding a variety of local and global initiatives.
Organize and coordinate details for the production of local events.
Oversee the production of digital content for social media and local advertising by working closely with the marketing team, local agencies and regional reps under the guidance of supervisor.
Provide creative ideas and leadership that drive regional engagement and support local artists.
Gather, format and report relevant data that support building brand equity and increasing submissions/sales in all regions outside of the U.S.
Contribute insight and suggestions for maximizing the efficiency of all initiatives.
Maintain frequent and clear communication with all regional reps regarding current and future projects.
Support and maintain a yearly calendar of projects and priorities.
Represent the International department in meetings and deliver presentations as required.
Actively participate in the management of social media communities, engaging with local artists and gathering relevant data from artists' feedback.
Assist the company's reps based in non-U.S. geographies by managing and coordinating content needed for international conferences, trade shows and other networking opportunities.
Improve quality of results by studying, evaluating, re-designing existing procedures and recommending changes.
Serve and protect artist communities by adhering to professional standards, company policies and procedures, and becoming familiar with local/regional regulations.
Contribute to the general development of CD Baby's international business by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed, providing information, recommending courses of action, and implementing directives.
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations.
Enhance the overall quality of the international team by accepting ownership for assigned tasks, being proactive, taking initiative, and exploring opportunities that add value to the team.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Fluency in English, Portuguese and Spanish required both written and spoken.
Experience in social media management, digital content creation and event planning.
Experience in online advertising, gathering and interpreting metrics, and defining target audiences.
Experience in coordinating with vendors, agencies and clients.
Able to ideate creative concepts and gather consensus to support their production.
Strong ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
Outstanding organizational and project management skills along with the ability to multitask, prioritize workloads and meet deadlines.
Ability to solve problems, think strategically and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
Ability to travel on company business.
