JOB OVERVIEW:

Overall responsibility of the Pro Repair Facility and its day-to-day operations: establish budgets and manages team to achieve department financial goals. Responsible for inventory management, and facility staffing, mentoring and training. Ensures facility meets Pro Repair service quality standards. Adheres to company policies and regulatory requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversees day-to-day facility operations.

  • Ensures ProRepair quality and ISO standards are met.

  • Creates and maintains training and ISO documents.

  •         Conducts staff training to ensure roles, responsibilities, and company policies are met.

  •          Delivers presentations to promote ProRepair services.

  •         Manages Service, Outlet Center and Trade-in Sterilizer inventory/sales. Monitors transactions and facility productivity; takes action as necessary to ensure service/sales orders are fulfilled.

  •         Responds to and becomes directly involved in customer dispute resolution as necessary.

  •         Produces reports to measure facility performance.

  •        Communicates with internal and external customers.

  •        Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.

SCOPE: 

Typically manage professional staff within a section(s) of a department, a small department or multiple smaller processes. Focus primarily on the job and not supervising day-to-day activities. Responsible for meeting the operating objectives of the department. Provide direction to staff within the latitude of established company policies. Determine how to use resources to meet schedules and goals. Management moderately reviews work on non-routine issues and situations to measure meeting of objectives.

COMPLEXITY: 

Work on issues where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors. Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Full knowledge within sub-function derived from experience in non-management roles.

STRATEGY:

Implement strategy to further a section of a sub-function's larger goals through the work of professional staff. May recommend changes to policies/work practices and establish procedures that affect the sub-function.

SUPERVISION: 

Typically manage work and goals of professional level staff performing non-routine work or who manage a process or system.

INTERACTION: 

Interact with management and/or customers, normally involving matters between functional areas. May lead a collaborative effort among members of a project team.

MANAGEMENT DUTIES: 

Typically can hire, terminate, or promote; another level of approval may be required. Typically makes decisions on salary increases, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, etc.



Qualifications

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE: 

Typically 7 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicable professional experience; first-level manager.                 

PREFERRED EDUCATION: 

Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent a plus.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to resolve disputes effectively

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: 

  • P&L management and reporting

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs

  • Effective written and oral communication

  • Business Intelligence Systems such as Data Warehouse

  • ISO quality systems and OSHA compliance experience

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: 

Typically, to advance to a new job level, TSMs must demonstrate professional behavior and should consistently be at the high-end of meets expectations or consistently exceed expectations.

TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
