Minimum 6 years experience as an executive or administrative assistant to senior or executive management.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
Knowledge of Insperity (an org chart program) a plus.
Ability to schedule via MS Outlook is required, and international/global experience is strongly preferred.
Experience setting up travel (international and domestic) is needed.
Previous T & E experience, preferably with Concur is beneficial.
Bilingual (Spanish, German, Mandarin, etc.) is a plus, but not required.
Must be fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Expediency and accuracy of work product imperative.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels of the Company with excellent hone manners.
Excellent organization skills and demonstrated ability to multitask a must.
Very strong follow-up and detail-oriented skills.
Must have ability to work independently with little or no supervision or guidance.
Excellent judgment and problem solving abilities.
Ability to utilize discretion and maintain confidentiality is required.
