The Patient Services Coordinator provides the initial patient/clinic contact. He or she performs a variety of functions and is helpful and cordial to all patients and/or customers. Acts as point of contact for bi-lingual patients as needed as it relates to scheduling, questions and/or concerns.
IFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Education: High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) Required.
Experience: One year experience as a medical receptionist or other related field preferred.
Level of Business Knowledge/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Medical terminology experience preferred. Clerical/Customer Service experience required.
