Unit Description

Sodexo is seeking a Chef Manager for Twin Creeks in Riverview, FL. This is a 96 Resident, recently constructed Assisted Living and Memory Care Community. Riverview is a suburb southeast of Tampa, south of Brandon, east of Gibsonton and north of Ruskin. "_Our restaurant offers delectable meals, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week. We take great care to give you exceptional dining experiences.”

Our Chef Manager will report to the General Manager of Dining Services at this location and is responsible for the daily kitchen operations and food production for resident dining and catered events. He or she will works

works closely with the back of the house team on food quality and standards, food safety and sanitation, employee training, resident relations, and innovative dining services. Position works with employees to continually improve performance and customer satisfaction; manage all dining events with enthusiasm while providing hands-on guidance during resident and client activities for outstanding dining experiences.

Ideal Candidate Skills, Certification:

Some College / Trade School, Servsafe Certified

Front of the house upscale dining and wait staff training experience

Skills to: interview, train, schedule, and develop 14 employees

Computer skills; food & labor management systems

Servsafe Certified and knowledge of HACCP monitors

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks is essential

Experience in retirement community / country club / fine dining is ideal!
