Call Center Job Description
Tasks: Answering incoming calls from hospital patients seeking to schedule appointments, communicate with their doctors, communicate with other hospital staff, request refills on medications, request general information.
Training would consist of: how to schedule an appointment, how to use the phone system, how to take messages for hospitals staff, how to verify insurances, and training on the various protocols of the departments and clinics we answer for.


Requirements

Bi Lingual Spanish
Customer Service and phone experience
Typing minimum 35 wpm
High School diploma or GED
