Job Summary:

Henry Schein Dental, a division of Henry Schein, Inc. - a dynamic growing Fortune 500 company, is the Nation's largest provider of equipment, products and services to the dental profession.

Our West Allis, Wisconsin office has an immediate opportunity for a Professional Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team!  In addition to providing general support to several high level executives; responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Maintaining executive calendars and scheduling appointments, conferences, and events (to include making travel arrangements and preparing business expense reports).

Creating PowerPoint presentations for all members of the Corporate Team

Overseeing conference room reservations and coordinating audio/visual equipment and catering.

Answering emails, phones, taking messages and responding to correspondence as appropriate.

Generating, downloading, and updating various spreadsheets and databases containing confidential company information.

Distributing incoming and outgoing mail as well as coordinating bulk mailings.

Preparing letters and correspondence upon request.

Participating in special projects and performing other duties as required.



Qualifications

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years general administrative experience, or the equivalent required.

Specialized Knowledge and Skills:

Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.  Experience in Concur preferred.  Knowledge of and ability to learn general database applications.  Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Other:

4 year degree preferred, but not required.
