Sodexo Clinical Technology Management seeks a Biomedical Equipment Technician 2 at the Phoenix Childrens Hospital located in Phoenix AZ. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a great team of Biomedical Technicians. In this position you will service and support a wide range of general biomedical and some imaging equipment.
We are seeking individuals who have a passion for personal and professional development that want to make a difference with everything they do; solution-oriented candidates who excel at being part of a team and customer service; demonstrate proven success as a Biomedical Equipment Technician (BMET). Candidate must possess a high level of technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to make decisions regarding repairs and service of customer equipment. Will also need excellent customer service/time management skill along with the capability to communicate effectively both in written and verbal manner with customers regarding services performed and with internal and external customers, vendors, and colleagues. Ideally candidate will have:
- Good understanding of preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance clinical devices such as: Maquet/Respironics Ventilators, BBraun Infusion pumps, GE patient monitoring and Telemetry units. Balloon Pumps, Maquet Heart-Lung systems, Stryker Video processors, GE Anesthesia Units, Welch Allyn Thermometers, Kendal Sequential compression devices, Zoll Defibrillators.
- Required on-call rotational schedule

Troubleshoots, inspects, repairs, maintains and calibrates a comprehensive range of clinical equipment, devices, systems and instruments.
-Inspect, maintain, repair and calibrate equipment and systems
