ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Manages sales activities within a specific territory assignment via telephone that includes a large, pre-existing customer base.
Prospect and cultivate new and exciting business relationships, gauging each customer's needs and recommending solutions to meet those needs.
Partners with sales management and Sales Team in the execution of all company programs and corporate initiatives.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties, as required.
Delivers exceptional customer service and maintains a high level of professionalism and integrity
Attends industry tradeshows and participates in all training programs, as required.
In addition to the essential duties and responsibilities listed above, all positions are also responsible for:
Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies and procedures including WorldWide Business Standards.
Bachelor's degree or 2-3 years' inside sales/telesales success in a quota-based environment.
Desire to build and grow relationships within an established territory.
Excellent communication, problem-solving and phone presentation skills, with the ability to perform quality sales presentations to customers via telephone and demonstrate consistent sales closing abilities.
Strong computer, verbal and written communication skills.
1 to 2 years of previous telesales/ /customer service experience in a goal oriented, quota/commission based environment or 1-2 years' clinical orthodontic experience with a desire to achieve sales success
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Excellent communications, interpersonal and telephone skills.
Ability to perform quality sales presentations to customers via telephone and demonstrate consistent sales closing abilities
Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including ability to type 40+ wpm
Strong and effective time management skills
