Primary Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for sales performance and achieving monthly sales targets for new gross ads
  • Day to day management and oversight of direct sales team in assigned market, including lead generation, lead management, sales production, compliance, weekly coaching sessions, daily monitoring, field observations
  • Supports Sales Director in achieving monthly sales targets through the development of sales strategies and the effective management of the SAMs
  • Supports the market in establishing and maintaining effective client and business relationships
  • Tactical development and implementation of strategic plans in support of site growth, identifying barriers and developing proposed solutions
  • Recruit, hire, and train Sales Account Managers (SAMs) providing on-going training, coaching, mentoring, and performance management to the team
  • Monitors SAMs pipeline to ensure quality of the sales process
  • Conducts performance evaluations of SAMs against established goals and objectives ensuring active development plans
  • Owns the development of the annual local growth plan and ongoing sales forecast for the market
  • Identifies new growth opportunities and works with Executive Director to evaluate and move through Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) process
  • Markets and provides education about the Post Acute Care Management offerings to long term care facilities
  • Works with Growth Operations team to ensure appropriate and effective development and utilization of marketing collaterals
  • Contributes to achieving the company’s mission and maintains absolute compliance to all sales standard operating procedures and established processes
  • Completes all job duties in a manner that meets all standards as set forth by the Care Management & Delivery, Compliance, and any other regulatory bodies as required
  • Uses all resources to manage the day to day business, including but not limited to: A360, SMRT, bConnected, AOB, AOV

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of direct sales and marketing experience in the healthcare industry
  • People management experience required

  • Demonstrated sales and account management skills required
  • Strong public speaking skills and communicates effectively with individuals and/or groups

  • High degree of skill in human relations, teaching, and communications

  • Excellent leadership and problem solving skills

  • Experience working with contact management systems or CRMs

  • Excellent computer knowledge and experience in the Microsoft Office Suite

  • The ability to understand and communicate complex programs is required

  • Reliable transportation and smartphone required

  • Must obtain their Health Insurance license in FL within 60 days of employment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field (education, journalism, communications, etc.) preferred

  • Sales management experience

  • Bilingual - Spanish preferred

  • Skilled nursing facility experience

  • Experience with managed care Medicare Advantage or long-term care is preferred
