Description

Huff Hispanic Foods is one of the leading manufacturers of Hispanic products sold throughout the United States. Its portfolio includes cheeses, probiotic beverages, chorizos, desserts, spices and peppers.
Key Accountabilities
Report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
Develop and manage key account relationship with regular sales calls; sell new product programs and manage existing product performance. Generate tools and ideas for improving national account customers’ experience.
Meet or exceed assigned sales goals. Manage expense budgets including promotional/trade spending. Develop annual account business trade plans.
Ability to mentor/manage distributors and maintain existing relationships with direct accounts.
Serve as contact for customers and internal teams.
Research and source potential customers.
Track, measure and evaluate customer satisfaction metrics and trends.
Ability to travel extensively, more than 60% travel.

Requirements

Required Qualifications
Must have a high degree of organizational, interpersonal and time management skills.
Ability to work without close supervision.
Communications skills.
Capable of using numerical data to identify industry trends.
Self-Starter.
Ability to multitask, manage and execute multiple initiatives every day.
Marketing degree preferred, Business Administration or similar college degree acceptable.
Strongly Bilingual in Spanish and English, verbal and written.
