Description

A busy, dynamic, and well-traveled female CEO of a boutique luxury goods company who is based in Manhattan and who travels frequently throughout the year seeks to hire a New York-based, English-and-Spanish-Bilingual, Executive Assistant to work in their West Manhattan office. This professional will provide executive and administrative support to the principal. Necessary qualifications bilingual fluency in both English and Spanish (excellent verbal and written skills in both languages required, with native-level fluency in Spanish needed), a proactive and can-do attitude, and two to three years of past administrative experience.

Primary responsibilities will include managing the principal's complex and extensive travel schedule, updating and overseeing their calendar, and providing general administrative office support for the principal's business. You should enjoy working in a fast-paced, growing, and entrepreneurial environment for a luxury brand. The CEO has business interest across North and South America; the ideal candidate will have spent some time living in a Latin American country.

Generally a five day work week, with flexibility to the principal's needs required to provide support as needed.
