If you are located in Reno, Nevada, you will have the flexibility to telecommute* as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Support the Sales / Marketing team in the assigned territory
  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding targeted growth, retention, and enrollment expectations for DNSP (Dual Special Needs) within assigned territory
  • Share our mission to help people live healthier lives, throughout the communities we service
  • Establish new relationships and maintain existing ones within the Reno community
  • Identify opportunities and develop a marketing strategy in a diverse multi-cultural senior citizen population
  • Collaborate with Sales Agents and Agent Managers to understand their needs
  • Create educational and sales events within our targeted population
  • Execute, plan and coordinate resources (i.e., Vendors, Partners, Sales Agents etc.) to ensure a successful event: secure the venue, set up the tables, order the food - full range of duties to plan the event





    Required Qualifications:
    • Current active health license or able to achieve within 90 days of start date
    • 1+ years of experience with Medicaid/Medicare
    • Intermediate (or higher) level of experience with Microsoft Office (Create presentations with PowerPoint, create and edit documents with Word, and sorting and filtering data with Excel)
    • 2+ years of experience in a deadline driven environment
    • 2+ years of experience managing and prioritizing several deliverables
    • 2+ years of proven experience influencing and collaborating with others
    • Access to reliable transportation that will enable you to travel to client and/or patient sites within a designated area
    • Current driver's license
    • Able to travel within territory and work evenings and weekends as necessary (The role is on a "flexible work schedule" which means you work a normal 40 hour week over a 7 day period)

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 2+ years experience working with the community/knowledge of the community
    • Knowledge of CMS (Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services) Marketing rules and regulations
    • 1+ years sales experience
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish
