?The Search

The National Women's Law Center seeks a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Associate to respond to requests for assistance from individuals facing sexual harassment and sex discrimination and to provide program and administrative support to its Legal Network for Gender Equity and the TIME'S UP Legal Defense Fund. The Center's Legal Network for Gender Equity connects individuals experiencing sex discrimination in education, health care and in the workplace with attorneys willing to take on sex discrimination cases. The TIME'S UP Legal Defense Fund provides financial support to defray the costs of legal representation and public relations assistance in select workplace sex harassment cases. The position is for a term of two years, with a possibility of extension dependent on the continued availability of funding.

The Associate plays a critical role in the Legal Network for Gender Equity and the TIME'S UP Legal Defense Fund. The Associate is the first person with whom survivors speak as they seek legal help. The Associate provides critical support to both projects by creating content for the website, maintaining the website, and helping to conduct outreach in person and on line.
