Location: This is a Work-At-Home position. Will be responsible for the Santa Clara/San Benito territory. Therefore the selected candidate must live in the Santa Clara/San Benito area.

Responsible for managing the CareMore field sales team. This includes directing, monitoring and coaching staff to ensure all CMS guidelines, State, Federal and Corporate regulations are met at all times. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Managing Local Sales Team and ensure all sales objectives are met.
Monitor market performance and assesses competitive landscape within assigned market area.
Partner with Regional Performance Manager and be knowledgeable about providers contracted with CareMore.
Represent CareMore at community/employer/company-sponsored events to promote the company, raise awareness and generate leads.
Record, report and maintain lead disposition status using appropriate tools.
Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.


Requires 2 years of sales management experience with 2-5 years of experience selling Medicare Advantage products or similar. Preferred BA/BS or AA/AS and bilingual Spanish/English, or Vietnamese/English. An active Accident/Health/Life License is required. Must reside in the Santa Clara/San Benito County. For CareMore business units, satisfactory completion of a pre-placement Tuberculosis test is a requirement for this position.
