We are located in a newly constructed building next to the Buffalo-Niagara International Airport and we are seeking Customer Service oriented individuals to join our HR Shared Services team.
- As a Human Resources Shared Services Specialist, you will provide the first point of contact and exceptional customer service to associates via multiple channels, including phone inbound/outbound calls, employee portal, and though email.
- You will be responsible for investigating and providing guidance and resolution regarding HR policy-related questions, as well as escalating situations as necessary.
- Human Resources Shared Services Specialists are expected to document issue resolution thoroughly and in a timely manner.
New hires will be required to complete paid in-house training for a period of 4-6 weeks (M-F 8:30-5PM). After completing our extensive training curriculum, the shift for selected applicants will be Monday-Friday from 11:30-8PM.

Responsibilities include knowledge of phone and case management system, knowledge base portal, benefits toolkit, company policy manual and working knowledge of Ingenium, ADP, eTIME, EDW, payroll, PTO, and ER related areas.
