We are seeking a bilingual (English / Spanish) Human Resources Manager for our Deer Park, Texas production facility. The position will provide leadership and support in all areas of HR including but not limited to: recruitment, staffing, employee relations, compensation, benefits, HR Information systems, training, reward and recognition, EEO/AAP, performance management, policies and procedures.
* Lead coordination efforts in support of client group staffing needs responsibilities include: determination of organizational needs obtaining specific requirements coordinating all advertising recruiting and screening of applicants and working with hiring manager on offer letters and starting salaries.
Advise and monitor Supervisors/Managers on Performance Management Employee Relations Disciplinary Compensation and Benefits issues consulting with Corporate resources
Assists in the interpretation and application of H.R. policies and benefit programs. Ensures proper management of employment records and the processing of associate changes. Ensures accurate processing of payroll and other information in the HR system.
Analyze needs coordinates and delivers Supervisor/Manager Training for client group.
Develop monitors and addresses EEO programs and processes for client groups with assistance from Corporate Resources.
*Assist in Labor Relation negotiations (if applicable) and in union avoidance training at locations.
Bachelors Degree or minimum 7 yrs Human Resources experience preferred
Must be fluent in English and Spanish; verbal and written communications
Minimum of 7 Years Professional H.R. experience; in a production facility is desired
1-2 years Supervisory experience
Excellent PC skills Microsoft Office including Excel
Excellent facilitation and training delivery skills required.
PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
