The Branch Network Collector's primary responsibility is to collect more seriously delinquent accounts and to negotiate with past due customers to make arrangements that are acceptable to the customer and the Company.

This position requires a proven track record in the collections industry and the capability to service and resolve issues with delinquent customers in various financial situations. Successful Branch Network Collectors will have a strong work ethic, are diligent, are persistent, and possess the ability to problem solve and work under pressure.


Calling delinquent accounts
Accurately documenting collection efforts
Skip Tracing
Handling payments in the office, over the phone, and in the field
Updating customer information
Pulling and reading credit reports
Tracking delinquent movement
Negotiating with delinquent customers
Other duties as assigned



High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle with up-to-date insurance
Travel and overnight stay
5+ years previous collection experience
Knowledge of FDCPA and UDAAP
Making outbound collection calls
Ability to use Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Ability to read and understand account information
Ability to work with a team
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work with numbers
