Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking experienced Food Service General Manager / Chef Manager to join our Corporate Services Team at Express Scripts in Tempe, Arizona.
The General Manager / Chef Manager, main responsibilities are the daily operation of a full-service café serving breakfast, lunch and catering to a building population of about 400. The candidate must have food and labor cost control experience, exceptional customer service, hands-on cooking experience and leadership skills. Reporting to the Area General Manager, the General Manager / Chef Manager will have oversight of 3 employees. Position is responsible for directing all contract management service operations and client relations of the café.

Directs all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account
