Provide excellent customer service and assistance for Andis customers from all three divisions: Barber & Beauty, Animal and Consumer.
Be able to demonstrate strong verbal and written skills and an understanding of the connection between compassionate customer service responses and the company’s success.

Resolve problems for customers by clarifying the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Respond to customer contacts that come in through various channels. Channels may include but are not limited to: phones, emails, website, chat, social media.
Handle incoming customer calls with a goal of answering 95% of calls delivered.
Document all interactions in Microsoft CRM with a goal of having 100% of interactions recorded.
Process new and replacement orders for customers in ERP system.
Process customer returns and refunds.
Create and provide UPS labels for customers.
Collect payment and process Repair Orders for customers.
Use of proper and professional phone and written etiquette.
Provide back-up assistance for Receptionist.
Provide back-up assistance to Account Team by processing orders and returns.
Create and update work instructions for departmental processes.
Develop and maintain an expert level knowledge of Andis’ full product assortment.
Shows initiative to improve processes, procedures and other departmental needs.
Compassionate understanding and empathy of customer needs.
Ability to maintain a positive attitude in all situations.
Capability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
Produce timely, organized and accurate work. Need for little supervision to complete projects and tasks.
