Broadcast Managed Services

In this role you will join our Broadcast Managed Services team. This team provides works for broadcast/TV operators across the world. By delivering best-in-class infrastructure and technology services, our clients can focus on creating fantastic content for you to enjoy.

As a Technical Intelligence Analyst, you will be part of a globally distributed team, being a true investigator. It will be your mission to fight online piracy by researching cyber attacks & performing investigations and reports on attackers and the technical infrastructure supporting such crimes.

You will be a key member of our team responsible for securing the most valuable media assets and devices. They do so by building, delivering and supporting products and managed services to our global customer base of leading media companies like Hollywood studios, broadcasters, and sports rights owners. With access to the latest tools, subject-matter experts and technology, this team is market driven, innovative and values creativity, hard work and the delivery of quality results for our customers.

Your responsibilities:

Research various attacks discussed and published online in public facing and closed groups
Perform technical investigations and reports on findings in detail within a limited timeframe
Manage spreadsheets, datasets and file directories with attention to detail



Be insatiably curious and have a true passion for researching
Knowledge and understanding of various forms of piracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Experience in generating reports that contain various types of data and analysis
Fluency in English and Spanish required; fluency in another language (Chinese, Russian, Korean, Ukrainian, Mandarin) will be considered an advantage

Technical Requirements:

Knowledge of Internet Infrastructure how the internet works end to end
Preferred knowledge of DOCSIS and IPTV technologies
Previous Experience in Threat Intelligence will be considered an advantage
