This position is responsible for establishing reporting and performing analyses to support the analytical needs of the North American Supply Chain team. Responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards and KPI reporting including owning data quality. Identifies trends and offers data-driven insights to support financial and service results. Assists on key projects with analytical support and data validation. Streamlines data and shares best practices.
oDevelops reports from raw data from multiple sources and compiles same into meaningful working documents, using Access, Excel and Data Warehouse.
oCreates and maintains daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports and dashboards.
oPartners with stakeholders in Purchasing, Supply Chain Operations, Transportation teams, and other internal groups, to understand business problems and develop analytics solutions.
oPrepare analyses to drive financial and service results. Identifies trends and offers data-driven insights.
oAssists on projects by providing analytical support and data validation. Streamlines data and shares best practices.
oDocuments data processing procedures and maintains report catalogue.
oParticipates in special projects and performs other duties as required and assigned.
Intermediate level professional; developing knowledge within own discipline. Some evaluation, originality or ingenuity required to perform tasks. Frequently apply the fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of a particular field. Apply company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.

Typically 2 to 4 years of related professional experience.
Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline.

o Working knowledge of AS400 files structure and layout.
o Working Knowledge of Data Warehouse or other Business Intelligence tools
o Dashboarding experience a plus
o Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects and daily tasks
