Americas Market Intelligence is looking for an experienced Lead Generation and Business Development Specialist to support our growing firm. With the flexibility to work from home and our Coral Gables office, the Specialist will be responsible for prospective client outreach and scheduling meetings with our Industry Practice Leaders.

With offices in Miami, San Francisco, Europe and across Latin America, Americas Market Intelligence is the leading market intelligence and research firm servicing Latin America ( AMI's consultants have conducted over 3,000 market intelligence engagements in the region spanning the Payments, Natural Resources, Logistics, Healthcare, Consumer Goods & Services, Industrial, and Insurance sectors.

Perform bi/tri-lingual (English, Spanish and Portuguese) outreach to prospective clients generated from AMI's digital marketing and thought leadership efforts.
Schedule and coordinate in-person as well as phone meetings between prospective clients and AMI's practice leaders.
Conduct monthly/quarterly meetings with AMI's Practice Leaders and Senior Leadership to identify valuable client prospects and develop custom engagement strategies.
Conduct post-project client interviews to capture feedback and seek additional assignments.



An ideal candidate will have:
5+ years' experience in lead generation, business development and/or sales. Experience with developing leads for professional service firms a plus, otherwise experience with selling 'solutions' (i.e. not fixed products) is also considered advantageous.
Comfortable conducting thorough desk research on prospective clients, leveraging tools such as LinkedIn, company websites, and other open-source resources.
Bi-lingual in English and Spanish. Fluency in Portuguese is highly valued.
Excellent bi-lingual (English & Spanish) verbal and written communication skills.
A curious, investigative, and analytical mindset.
Has US work credentials
Travel and work experience across the Americas a plus.

BA/BS or equivalent
Relevant certifications or qualification welcome.
