JOB OVERVIEW: This position is responsible to assist with day-to-day operations, as well as performing a multitude of duties and serving as a support system to the production team. Build and maintain positive relationships with CMC customers and production team.

JOB OVERVIEW:

This position is responsible for day-to-day operations, as well as performing a multitude of duties and serving as a support system to the production team. Builds and maintain positive relationships with CMC production team and strive for quality in every aspect of work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • 5% Greet visitors, and proactively handle their needs.

  • 65% Receive in a high-volume of customer calls, and accurately answer a variety of complex customer inquiries. Handle inbound customer service issues with professionalism including but not limited to: pricing and product questions, turnaround times, case status, special request (involving shipping instructions, rushes, shade changes, etc.), complaint handling, tracking cases, providing shipping labels, and setting customer account preferences. Correctly transfer calls to the relevant departments, as necessary.

  • 5% Set up new accounts, send starter kits, and ensure every customer has a positive first experience with CMC.

  • 10% Assist operations with handling cases and managing customer expectations.

  • 5% Process credits for approval.

  • 10% Order supplies (consumables) and code invoices to send to the corporate office.

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Pack, ship, and receive in all cases in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Create work orders quickly and efficiently.

  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required.



    Qualifications

    WORK EXPERIENCE:

    Typically 2 or more years of related experience.

    PREFERRED EDUCATION:

    Typically High School education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training. Bachelor's degree preferred.
