Job Description

Do You Have What It Takes To Be An Outside Sales Representative?

Are you a successful outside sales representative with a proven record of gaining new business accounts? Can you grow your book of business if given a territory? Do you enjoy business to business sales? If you answered yes, join our Oklahoma City, OK team!

Job Duties:

  • Selling waste and recycling removal services in and around Oklahoma City Metro area. 
  • Business development with commercial and Industrial B2B accounts, maintaining the existing customers account base, and preparing bids and presentations.
  • Being the main point of contact for a current book of business of 1000+ accounts
  • Network and interact with customers, non-profit and business associations
  • Maintaining up to date records and details for all prospects and customers through our CRM tool
  • Gathering contract expiration dates, documenting existing customer concerns and working with other departments to satisfy customer requests for service
  • 70% of your time will be spent prospecting, building relationships and exploring market opportunities.
  • 30% of this position will be spent in the office doing team building, strategic planning, and account management.
  • Must be able to effectively cover a large sales territory and gain new business.

The position provides:

  • Competitive base salary plus commission. If you are a motivated sales person you could make $75k + annually.
  • Guaranteed commission for the 1st three months while you build your sales pipeline
