We are currently looking to for a Chef Manager to assist in the daily operations of Westminster At Lake Ridge in Virginia, a senior living community located in the historic Northern Virginia. This is a great opportunity for a motivated Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager to enhance their leadsership skills.
We are seeking a Chef Manager who has the following skillset:
- Culinary Training / Trade School Certificate, Servsafe Certified
- Ability to train employees on culinary techniques
- Working knowledge of HACCP monitors for Regulatory Compliance
- A passion for a high level of customer service
The best-qualified candidate will consistently provide:
- Provides technical training and expertise, coaching and leadership to the production team while working side by side in the operation as needed.
