SUMMARY Responsible for interviewing, testing, and referring applicants for manufacturing, technical, management positions throughout the Company.

Champions recruitment efforts across the company.

Considerable skill in interviewing techniques, a good knowledge of all functions in the company and extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Main point of contact for campus recruiting across the company.

Manages employee referral program company-wide.

Utilizes creative sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates.

Coordinates internal sourcing and posting procedures.

Creates requisitions for new and replacement positions.

Manages the recruiting and onboarding process for management trainees.

Works closely with third party ATS vendor to make changes and updates to the system.

Analyzes sourcing trends to focus efforts on attracting top talent.

Verifies employment applications, examines work history, education and training through background checks.

Coordinates pre-employment testing.

Works with management to determine necessary KSA's for open positions.

Coordinates interviews with management team.

Trains management staff on proper interviewing techniques.

Acts as liaison with recruitment agencies.

Manages the transition from candidate to employee by linking with the appropriate HR team member responsible for onboarding the new employee.

QUALIFICATIONS Preferred Payroll/HRIS/ATS experience with ADP products Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) Background in employment law and other government compliance regulations is preferred Ability to research and analyze various different types of data information Must have the ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues, by using judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, and government regulations.
