Assist with hospitality services extended to PCAR/NSVRC board, staff, partners, and guests.

Receive and route inbound communications.

Type, file, photocopy, scan and provide other administrative support to staff as needed.

Assist with the production of newsletters and coalition-wide communications.

Maintain supplies for staff and printing needs.

Coordinates and cooperates with other PCAR administrative support teams. Supports Chief Operating Officer(s). Occasionally assists with coalition-wide initiatives. Other collaboration(s) as assigned.

Responsible for authorized project related credit-card expenditures and appropriate documentation. This position is not responsible for revenue generation or for general budget management.

Occasionally supervises volunteers, interns or other student workers. This position is not routinely responsible for direct supervision of full or part-time staff.


An Associates Degree; professional certificate; or two years related receptionist, secretarial, or
executive administrative experience required. Bi-lingual Spanish literate applicants are encouraged
to apply.
