FAMILY MEDICINE PHYSICIAN:
Medical degree appropriate to the specialty from an accredited medical college or university and successful completion of intern and residency programs. Must possess a State of South Carolina license to practice medicine, federal DEA license and State of South Carolina Controlled Substance certifications. Must meet credentialing and privileging requirements of Family Health Centers. Excellent pay and benefits. Basic health/life insurance is no cost for employee coverage. FHC has HPSA score of 21 which could entitle you to education loan forgiveness and AHEC funding if you meet their requirements. Malpractice insurance covered by FHC. Moving allowance available.
FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER:
A master’s degree in nursing is required. Must possess a State of South Carolina Advance Practice Nursing license, a federal DEA license and a State of South Carolina Controlled Substance license. Basic health/life insurance at no cost to employee.
Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or Public Health is required. Master’s degree in Public Health is preferred. Dietician with at least two years of experience in health education and/or nutrition is preferred. Certification in Diabetes Education (CDE) is preferred. Must possess a valid SC driver’s license. $10,000 Sign On Bonus.
SUBSTANCE ABUSE COUNSELOR:
Must be a LPC, LMSW or LISWCP. Must be a Certified Addictions (alcohol and drug) Counselor and be able to provide billable patient services. One year of experience working with pediatric and adult population is preferred. $5000 Sign On Bonus.
BEHAVIOR HEALTH COUNSELOR:
Must be a LPC, LMSW or LISWCP. One year of experience as a Clinical Social Worker and experience working with both pediatric and adult mental health population is preferred. Must be able to provide billable services. $5000 Sign On Bonus.
Completion of an accredited Dental Hygienist program, current SC licensure as a Dental Hygienist and one year experience working as a Dental Hygienist are preferred. Experience with electronic medical records is preferred. Excellent pay and benefits.
An Associate’s Degree in Radiology from an accredited technical school or a degree from a two-year allied health education program, such as registered nurse, diagnostic medical
sonographer, radiologic technologist, respiratory therapist, occupation therapist, or physical
therapist is required. Two years full time experience in clinical ultrasound is required. Must
have knowledge of aseptic and isolation techniques. Experience with electronic medical records preferred. Current CPR certification is required. Must be flexible as to the changing needs of the center.
