SUMMARY: Provides guest service by properly seating guests at their table(s), cleans dining areas and assists Food and Beverage staff as needed.
DUTIES: Sees to all the needs of the dining guests by providing clearly superior customer service. Ability to learn and follow the room rotation system for seating guests. Assists in keeping the host/hostess area clean and organized. Actively practices the customer service standards. Assists co workers with rolling silverware and other assigned side work duties. Greets guests and answers questions. Makes all cash transactions, gives change and cash out till. Assist guests with comps and food specials (Coupons, two-for-one etc.) Assists with reservations.
QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED. Some food preparation training is helpful. Food Handlers Card required. One (1) year of experience in Food and Beverage industry.
