Sodexo has an exciting new opening for a Senior Manager, Service Development on the Culinary Solutions Service Development Team. This is a virtual opportunity and the succesful candidate may office anywhere in the US.

Primary responsibilities of this role:

  • Lead and contribute to the development, implementation, and evaluation of product/service offerings in line with business segment service briefs to impact the attainment of sales and profitability goals.
  • Coordinate and lead activities for both Cross segment and segment specific project teams to ensure creation of relevant services driven through detailed research and consumer/market analysis.

This role requires:

  • Project management experience
  • Proficient public speaking/presentation skills
  • 5+ years of culinary or operations background is preferred
  • 5+ years of marketing experience is preferred
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Basic knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
