In this key financial role you will partner with and provide financial analysis and support to multiple business leaders across the medical group organization.
Primary responsibilities will include detailed monthly sales, GP & variance analysis, preparing the annual sales force targets, customer/product segment sales and margin trend reporting and analysis, pro-forma, financial modeling, reporting, and analysis.
The successful candidate will be a self starter who is comfortable working independently as well as with a strong team. The successful candidate will also be highly analytical who is willing to learn new business concepts as well as take on complex financial models, analysis, and advanced technical tools such as access databases and advanced excel functionality. The candidate must also be very comfortable working directly with divisional executives as well as multiple regional sales and zone general managers.

Minimum three to five years financial planning and analysis, and/or accounting required.
Ideal candidate would have experience in accounting as well as financial planning and analysis in a medium to large company.
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Must have strong analytical / problem solving, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong Excel skills as well as the ability to work with multiple systems (financial reporting, general ledger, data warehouse) is required. Experience with Hyperion a plus. Intermediate to advanced experience with MS Access would be highly beneficial.
BS in Accounting or Finance or other Business related Major required. CMA/CPA/MBA preferred.
This position will be working in an office environment, utilizing typical office equipment.
