MORTGAGE SPECIALIST & MORTGAGE UNDERWRITER

Local bank in Monmouth seeks a Mortgage Specialist. The specialist would review all loan packages for accuracy prior to sending the package for closing. Would ensure that loan complies with conventional and in-house guidelines. Reviews files for compliance with RESPA and Truth in Lending requirements. Required education and experience: High School Diploma or GED required but a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred. Minimum of two years of mortgage underwriting experience or mortgage lending experience, Familiarity with residential mortgages such as FHA, USDA, VA, and conventional loan guidelines and products. Benefits include medical, dental, optical, life, disability insurance and 401K. EOE
