Responsibilities

  1. Perform duties outlined in patient's plan of care
  2. Observe client's physical, mental and emotional conditions.
  3. Report any changes
  4. Document observed changes
  5. Assisting with daily living
 

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge

  1. Maintains a current valid Driver License and Auto Insurance, proof and updates must be provided to the Compliance Department
  2. Current negative TB skin test or negative chest X-ray
  3. Current flu vaccine
  4. CPR certified
