Description

Executive Assistant/ Clerk of the Board This position will perform a variety of moderately complex and confidential executive-level administrative support to the General Manager (GM) and the Board of Directors to ensure smooth, timely and efficient office operations. Essential Duties & Responsibilities (not an all-inclusive list): Provide varied complex, responsible, and confidential administrative assistance to the General Manager (GM); Serve as liaison for the GM with Board members, federal officials, state legislators, senior staff, community groups, public and private industry officials; perform clerical duties for Board members; Compose correspondence on behalf of GM from minimal information or written drafts; Type a variety of documents including correspondence, reports, technical specifications, meeting minutes, memoranda, and other written materials or documentation; Supervise the scheduling and maintenance of the GM's calendar; coordinate day-to-day details of executive business operations. Minimum Qualifications: Associate's Degree in Business Administration or related field and three-years of progressively responsible administrative experience providing office and administrative support to management or executive staff; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must possess a valid driver's license. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field and three-years of related experience.
