Johnson County Public Health seeks a dynamic individual to coordinate programming and activities for designated grant-funded programs, including the Title X Family Planning and Reproductive Health Program and the Adolescent Health Program. This position will supervise our Clinical Services nursing staff.
The Adolescent and Women’s Health Services Coordinator will create and maintain clinic policies and protocols, manage data and client billing, prepare detailed grant reports, and coordinate clinic operations. The position requires effective decision making, strong communication skills, and knowledge of reproductive health, adolescent health, and the Title X program. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, social work, public health or human services AND one (1) year office experience in adolescent health, women’s health, public health or a related area OR any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. One (1) year of supervisory experience preferred.
Special requirements: Valid driver’s license required and insurable under county liability coverage. May also require the use of personal vehicle for official business. Must pass background check.
Compensation: $60,168.88 - $72,202.66 annually plus outstanding benefits.
