Under general direction of the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Human Resources Officer is responsible for the strategic development, implementation, maintenance, administration, and the day-to-day management of all Human Resources Departmental activities within the organization in alignment with the Center's mission and objectives, and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and city laws governing employment.
