This position is full-time (40 hours/week), any day of the week. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our available 8 hour shift schedules (6a-430p, 8a-630p & 10a-830p). It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at 1420 S Central Ave., Glendale CA 91204.
The pace is fast, so your ability to multi-task is essential. You should also enjoy working with people and have the communication skills necessary to build strong relationships with our customers.
Check in patients, schedule appointments and answer billing questions
Register patients and verify their insurance information
Work collaboratively with Nursing, Physicians, Case Managers, and patient families
Manage patient medical records
